Rospower was appointed by Copart to lead the civil engineering works at their brand-new 26-acre operations centre in Dunfermline, supporting the company’s continued growth across Scotland.
Project Scope
Our team managed and delivered a wide-ranging scope of works, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project. Key deliverables included:
- Extensive cut and fill works, including the excavation and uplift of a 5-metre-high central bund, resulting in the disposal of over 27,500m³ of inert material
- Installation of perimeter fencing across the site
- Trenching and ducting to support the future integration of CCTV and lighting systems
- Complete site drainage infrastructure, including the installation of SPEL tanks and retention separators
